Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased directly from us. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the remainder of the product to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

If at any time you are unsatisfied with a product you purchased from us or from one of our authorized sellers, you may return any opened & unopened products within thirty (30) days for a full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping. Please follow the following steps to receive a full refund:

  • Contact customer support for Return Number (RMA#).
  • Place your RMA# inside or outside of the package along with your name and address.
  • Ship the product back to us.

Please send your return information and merchandise to the name and address below. You are strongly encouraged to utilize a shipping service with tracking capability.

Receiving a Refund
